A problem that I'm told has been giving trouble for the last term (this is a university radio station) is the inability to move Q-next from one studio/computer to the other (for presenter training). This seems to happen in one direction- you try to log in in studio 2, set the time, click the green 'auto' button, and the message 'Could not update, currently locked by user 'admin' on machine 'studio 1' -3260 ' comes up. As we also encounter 'stuttering' problems, I tried the advice about inhibiting user history (this is version 2.6), but nothing changed. I guess, from the error message, something on 'studio 1' is at fault?? frog
If I had all the money I've spent on drink...I'd spend it on drink.

Update-Having done the same (inhibit user history) to the other studio computer as well, it looks like it might have cured it- I'll let you know! (never noticed this problem before-any reason known/guessed why?) frog
